Processing time
Orders are usually processed and shipped within X–Y business days. During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping destinations
We currently ship from Canada to Canada, the United States, and selected international destinations.

The list of available countries and shipping options is always shown at checkout based on your shipping address.

If your country does not appear as an option at checkout but you would like to place an order, please contact us at sales@norexastudio.com and we’ll let you know if we can ship to your location and what the estimated costs would be.

Duties and import taxes
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by your local authorities or the carrier. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping rates and are the responsibility of the recipient, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Lost or delayed shipments
Once an order has been handed to the carrier, transit times are outside our control. If your tracking shows an issue with delivery, please contact the carrier first. If the problem is not resolved, contact us at sales@norexastudio.com with your order number and tracking information.
